At Solenya Skin, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not meet your expectations, you have the right under UK consumer law to withdraw from the purchase and request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to give a reason.
To exercise this right, simply notify us by email within this period.
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, returned products must meet the following conditions:
Products must be unused and sealed, where applicable
Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging
Products must be in a condition suitable for resale
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept products that have been opened, damaged, or are incomplete.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), you can choose between:
An exchange of the product, or
A full refund issued via the original payment method
Please note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. a faulty or incorrectly delivered product).
